WCB INQUIRIES: If you are wanting to book for a work related injury, we are not a contracted clinic. We can still see you if you wish to come privately, but if it is a work related injury we are required to report it to WCB.

Due to an increase in late cancellations and no shows, we have amended our policy as of January 1st 2026.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please ensure you cancel or reschedule the business day before during our operating hours, or cancel online the day before. We will accept voicemails left during our operating hours the business day before as well.

Any reschedules or late cancellations for any reason on the same day of the scheduled appointment, including but not limited to illness, will be charged a fee of 50% of the appointment cost. No shows (failing to attend an appointment without notifying the clinic prior to the scheduled start time of your appointment) will be billed at the full cost of your booked appointment. If you have late cancelled three times within a three month period for any reason, the fee will be increased to the full cost of the missed appointment. This charge cannot be billed to insurance providers and must be paid before booking your next visit. For any issues restricting in-person attendance, you may switch to a virtual (online) visit to continue your care and to avoid a fee.

Please note, on MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS and THURSDAYS between 9AM and 3PM our fuzziotherapy dog will be in the clinic at our Southside location. If you have any allergies, phobias or concerns please notify the clinic.
